Review by hotel critic
If you're considering a stay at Sonio, I’d say it’s a hidden gem in an area packed with options. As an adventure travel blogger, I’m always keen on value, and I must admit, this place pleasantly surprised me. It’s hard to believe they’re only rated at 3 stars; I’d give it a solid 4 at least. The location is prime — just steps from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, making post-skiing plans hassle-free. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, complete with a generous terrace to enjoy those evenings. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV added to the homey feel. Plus, the hotel has a solid housekeeping team that keeps everything in check. A standout was the breakfast and warm staff who genuinely care about your stay, which is not always the case elsewhere. I was a fan of the free parking option behind the hotel — a rare find in busy areas. For those wanting a blend of luxury and sensible costs in a lively locale, Sonio is well worth considering.
